At PustakLab, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. However, we do provide replacements for eligible items as outlined below.


2. Replacement Eligibility

(a) Items are eligible for replacement only if they are:

   - Damaged during shipping

   - Defective upon arrival

   - Incorrect items received (different from what was ordered)


(b) To qualify for a replacement, customers must:

   - Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

   - Provide order details and supporting images of the issue

   - Return the defective or incorrect item in its original packaging (if applicable)


3. Replacement Process

(a) Once your request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

(b) If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.

(c) Shipping times for replacements may vary based on location and product availability.


4. Non-Eligible Items

(a) We do not offer replacements for:

   - Items damaged due to customer misuse

   - Change-of-mind requests

   - Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
